Faster, better-informed decisions from the data you already have.

Most companies already have the data to answer their own questions, and no time to read it. We build the layer in between: pipelines that clean and reconcile the data, dashboards that answer the questions leaders actually ask, and AI that writes the analysis so nobody has to.

Who it's for.

  • Owners and executives who get reports but not answers
  • Finance and operations leaders working from exports and spreadsheets
  • Companies with years of transactional data and no way to see the trends in it
  • Boards and investors who want the numbers behind a decision

What you get.

Data pipeline

Data from APIs, system extracts or exports, on a schedule or in near-real time, cleaned, reconciled and aggregated into one source of truth, audited against the source so the totals can be trusted.

Decision dashboards

The questions you ask most, answered live: by period, unit, product or hour, wherever you happen to be.

AI-written analysis

After each update, an agent writes what moved, why, and what to watch, with the figures beside it, so the reading is done before the meeting.

Forecasts and scenarios

Pricing, capacity, cash and demand modeled on your own history, so a decision can be tested before it is made.

Instrumentation

Measure a process or an experiment before and after a change, so the next decision rests on evidence rather than on impressions.

Analysis on demand

A large data set and a hard question. We work through the data and come back with a clear picture and a recommendation.

We work with

  • Python
  • SQL
  • LLM APIs
  • ERP and finance systems
  • Spreadsheets and exports
  • Dashboards

How an engagement runs.

  1. Questions

We start with the decisions you need to make and the questions behind them.

  2. Data

We connect to the data, by API or from exports, at the cadence you need, then clean and reconcile it.

  3. Build

Dashboards and the AI read-out, checked against the source and shown on a phone.

  4. Decide and iterate

Each cycle answers the next question, and the model of the business gets sharper.

Do we need a data warehouse first?

No. Most of our work starts from an API, exports or spreadsheets, and a single well-built pipeline, scheduled or continuous, is often all a company needs. If the volume ever calls for a warehouse, the pipeline moves with it.

How do you make sure the numbers are right?

Every rebuild is reconciled with the raw source files by an independent check, down to the cent. Renamed entities, duplicates and currency changes are handled in the pipeline, not by hand.

Can the AI analysis be trusted?

It summarizes what the numbers show and cites them beside the text, so a reader can check any claim in seconds. It is there to do the reading, not to replace the judgment.

Will it work on a phone?

Yes. The dashboards are built for a phone first, with a slimmer data set where needed, so the owner has the numbers wherever the decision happens.
