Products and systems built around AI, end to end.

We build complete products and systems with AI at the core: an AI feature inside an existing product, a new product built around a model, or an internal platform that agents operate and people supervise. A working first version reaches real users early, and we keep building on it, release by release, until the system does everything it needs to do. You never wait for the whole thing before you can touch it.

Who it's for.

  • Founders building a product around AI who need a first version in users' hands, and a team to build the rest
  • Companies adding AI to an existing product without taking the core team off the roadmap
  • Operations leaders who need an internal platform that agents can run and people can oversee
  • Teams with a prototype or no-code build that needs to become real software
  • Products that need a rebuild: a codebase, an integration or a platform that has become hard to change

What you get.

Scope and plan

A short written scope: what the first version includes, what comes in the releases after it, and the shortest route to a working system.

Working first version

Working code within days, so feedback comes from real use rather than from slide decks. This is the first step of the engagement, not the whole of it.

Product design and mobile UX

Flows, screens and interactions designed before the build, applying the practices of consumer mobile products used at very large scale.

The complete system

Web, mobile or API, built out to the full scope: front end, back end, integrations, data, and the models and agents inside it. React and TypeScript on the front end, with Node.js or Python behind it, chosen to fit the job.

Run in production

Cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, CI/CD with automated tests, monitoring, and evaluation of the AI parts over time, so releases are routine and model behavior is watched, not assumed.

Clean handover

Documentation and a tidy repository at every stage. Keep working with us on a retainer, or take the product in-house.

We work with

  • LLM APIs
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • Mobile
  • AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
  • CI/CD

How an engagement runs.

  1. Scope

We look closely at the problem, agree what the first version includes and what comes after it, and plan the shortest route to a working system.

  2. First version

Working code within days and a first version in real users' hands within weeks. Feedback starts before the whole system exists.

  3. Build out

Release by release, with working software to see at every step, until the full scope is delivered. Priorities can change between releases.

  4. Run and grow

Production with monitoring in place. Then we keep iterating, scale the product, or hand it over.

Common questions.

How fast can you build a first version?

It depends on scope. A tightly scoped first version is usually in real users' hands within weeks, and we prioritize to meet the date that matters to you.

Do you stop after the first version?

No. The first version is where we start, not where we stop. We keep building on it, release by release, until the product does everything it needs to, and we stay for as long as you need us after that, on a retainer or until a clean handoff.

Do you build things that aren't about AI?

Yes, when that is what the business needs. Most of what we build has AI somewhere inside it, because that is where we add the most, but a solid product with plain rules is sometimes the right answer, and we'll say so.

What if the scope changes along the way?

It usually does. We work in short releases, so priorities can move between them without putting the delivery at risk.

We already have a prototype. Can you build on it?

Yes. We work with what you already have, whether that's a no-code build, a half-finished codebase or legacy APIs, and we'll tell you plainly what is worth keeping.
